This is my old photo restoration. I managed to take out the frames on the sides and swapped the black and white features of both photos. I don't think I was able to bring back any contrast to the faded areas. However, I think I was successful in my restorations. As you can see, there is a huge difference between the before and after. For my first photo, I cropped the frame out of the photo and made its form be a little closer in the center than having it farther away. For my second photo, I made the photo a little less wider than usual and turned it into literal black and white with a little gray in it instead of it looking like a photo from the 19th century. I actually enjoyed doing this because not only was I editing old photos from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, but when I was cropping out some spots from the photos, I saw some spots that were either never shown on the original photos or were just blocked when they were taken.
